This bespoke training is designed to embed equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across your educational establishment - enabling you to develop a highly inclusive culture. The training can be tailored to be delivered as part of an inset programme or CPD and comes with the option of accessing our additional resources.

Who are the courses aimed at?

The courses are aimed at school leaders, teaching staff and support staff.

What will the delegates get from the courses?

Delegates will have a clearer understanding of equality law and their legal responsibility to promote equality, tackle discrimination and foster positive relations.  In fostering a whole school Equality Code, staff will have increased confidence in how to tackle prejudice and discrimination in a positive and assertive manner whilst empowering students to do the same. They will have the strategies and tools to weave inclusive practice into everything they do, from planning, resourcing and delivering learning to monitoring, reporting and embedding inclusive practice throughout the culture of the school.
