This course is ideal for managers and HR professionals with strong prior knowledge and experience of EDI practices who are looking to embed a thoroughly inclusive workplace culture.

What will delegates get out of the course?

Delegates will come away with a thorough understanding of the strengths of their current EDI practice, as well as a detailed action-plan for how to advance inclusive practice in other areas. They will have a strong grasp of the different types of bias that can negatively impact on decision-making and a range of strategies that will counter bias at each stage of the recruitment process.
